Grades Kindergarten - 3rd Grade
for the 2010 - 2011 school year.
The following items are required for student registration:
1. State Certified Birth Certificate
2. Proof of Residency
3. Social Security Card
4. Health Record of Required Immunization
5. Report Card/Records from last School/LEAP results (for in-state
transfer)
6. Assignment Letter (if applicable)
7. Custody Papers (if applicable)
