The Chahta-Ima PTA is always working to help our students, families, and faculty. We are looking for parents, grandparents, and community members to volunteer to help with many school activities.

Newsletter – Participate in creating, printing, organizing, and distributing Newsletter

Popcorn & Snack Sale (every Thursdays) – Help pop, bag, and sell popcorn

Student Birthday Celebration
(Last Friday of each month: unless noted differently on the PTA calendar) – Decorate tables in lunchroom, make and distribute nametags for students celebrating, cut and handout cake, clean up

School History Program – we need volunteers to help organize and plan event

Reflections Program

Holiday Gift Shop –
help organize and sell merchandise to students

Teacher &
Volunteer Appreciation –
need volunteers to help organize and plan event

Family Picture Night –
(6:30 pm – 8:00 pm) help setting up, taking orders, organizing and distributing event/pictures.

Penny Drive – starts Penny Drive, we need volunteers to organize and plan event

Red Ribbon Week

Yearbook – taking pictures,

Graduation Ceremony – May , 2009, need volunteers to organize and plan event
